The range in view
Pintia is a Toro red wine in the 2018 and 2020 vintages. The name, appellation and Tinta de Toro grape remain the same across those releases, while vintage is the changing label detail. Pintia receives 12 to 15 months in barrel, followed by further bottle ageing. Barrel ageing can soften tannin, add spice and broaden texture, helping a concentrated red develop through the bottle. Pintia 2020 is opulent, juicy and full of character, yet smooth.
