Why it matters
The producer
Bodegas Tradición works in Jerez and, since December 2025, has also had a presence in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Its Palo Cortado uses three criaderas, while most wines at the bodega use five. Each bottle is manually wax-sealed, with lot and bottle numbers written by hand on the label.
