Why it matters

The producer

Cantina Fratelli Pardi has roots in Montefalco, where its original winery occupied the ground floor of the San Marco Hospital in the Saint Francis building. The Pardi family selected four vineyard microzones through long-standing knowledge of the region’s terroir and wine vocation. Pruning, defoliation, bunch thinning, and harvesting are all performed by hand.
