Château Baulac Dodijos 2023 is the named bottling. It comes in a 375 ml half bottle and contains 11.1 grams of sugar per 100 ml. Its taste is nuanced, very sweet and fresh, with barrel character. Orange marmalade, dried pineapple, saffron, vanilla, beeswax and marzipan mark the aroma and flavour. Serve it at 8 to 10°C with desserts, blue cheeses or foie gras.
