New cellars completed in 2020 enable parcel by parcel vinification. The property has no château building. Its facilities consist of cellars and barrel ageing rooms.

The range in view
Château Duhart-Milon is the grand vin. Moulin de Duhart is the second wine, created in 1986. The range separates the principal estate bottle from a second wine, while the grand vin receives French oak ageing. French oak can bring wood spice and gradual oxygen exposure, softening tannin as the wine develops.
Château Duhart-Milon is earthy and deep, with a sinewy backbone and refined texture. Blackcurrant, lead pencil and graphite rise with aeration. The tannins are softly handled, the acidity is fresh, and the wine carries medium weight with a long finish. Fruity and spicy notes sit within its concentration and freshness.
