Why it matters
The producer
Château Tour Baladoz makes Saint-Émilion reds from hand-harvested grapes, fermented in concrete and stainless steel vats. The wines are aged for 15–20 months in 70% new French oak barrels, shaping a rich yet restrained style with depth of fruit and finely tempered structure.
