The producer

David Sadie holds a BSc in viticulture and oenology from Stellenbosch University. He established David & Nadia in 2013, then moved operations to Paardebosch farm in Swartland in 2014. The range includes Chenin Blanc, Grenache and Pinotage, along with white blends.

David's winemaking philosophy places emphasis on freshness and terroir expression in a warm region. Nadia avoids herbicides, plants cover crops and is experimenting with conversion to organics. David is a member of the Cape Winemakers Guild.
