Anita Neveu launched Domaine Anita with the 2015 vintage after a career as a professional cyclist. The domaine's named bottle is Chénas Cuvée P'tit Co Les Brureaux, a red Gamay from Chénas whose title includes Les Brureaux. The label joins the place name and parcel name on one wine.
Sulfur additions are kept to a reasonable minimum and applied only after malolactic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation converts sharper malic acid into softer lactic acid, while sulfur added afterward helps protect the finished wine.
