The estate cultivates 6 hectares across Cercot in Moroges, Jambles and Givry, within the Côte Chalonnaise. Its clay and limestone soils are characteristic of the subregion. The vineyard addresses sit behind two distinct bottle categories, with Côte Chalonnaise on the red wine and Crémant de Bourgogne on the sparkling wine.

Côte Chalonnaise Le Quarts Chapeau is the estate's red wine, with the 2023 vintage attached to the bottle. Crémant de Bourgogne is the sparkling wine in the range. One is a still red under a regional Burgundy appellation, while the other is defined by the bubbles and mousse of sparkling wine.
