Saint-Aubin appears across the domaine's named wines. Derrière Chez Edouard carries Premier Cru status, a classification for a designated vineyard within the village appellation. La Princée carries the Saint-Aubin name without a Premier Cru designation. The labels therefore distinguish a named Premier Cru site from the wider village address.

The range in view
The range includes Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Derrière Chez Edouard in the 2021 and 2022 vintages, alongside Saint-Aubin La Princée Blanc 2022. The 2022 Derrière Chez Edouard shows fresh reddish fruit, vivid acidity and lovely balance on the palate. It is recommended for drinking from 2031. La Princée 2022 is recommended from 2025, giving the two wines different drinking horizons.
