Where the wines begin
Les Châssis is the primary vineyard site in the Crozes Hermitage appellation, a name linked to the abundant pebbles found across the terroir. The vineyards are planted on clay limestone terraces, and the characteristic pebbles provide drainage. The named red wine carries the Saint Joseph appellation and uses Syrah, placing two Rhône appellations and one red grape at the centre of the range.

The range contains one red and one white bottle, both 2023 Saint Joseph wines: Bruyère & David St Joseph Les Parcelles Rouge and Bruyère & David St Joseph Les Parcelles Blanc. The Rouge is 100% Syrah, with blackberry, dark small fruit and violet notes. Its recommended drinking window runs from 2025 to 2028. The Blanc is the white Saint Joseph counterpart, with its grape composition unstated.
