Villa Noria is a young Languedoc estate with an experimental range and a clear farming base. Founded by two friends who came from the wine world, it works organically and vegan across all its vineyards, then applies minimal-intervention methods to wines designed to stay fresh and expressive.
The bottles cover several drinking occasions without losing their connection to wine. Les Infusions explores sulfite-free, low-intervention wines. The Blanc de Noirs wines use Pinot Noir in different forms, including a white wine and a naturally sparkling Pét-Nat. LEVIN carries the same interest in alternative formats into a non-alcoholic wine brand.

Where the wines begin
Villa Noria is in Montagnac, in the Languedoc, between the Mediterranean Sea and the foothills of the Cévennes. That position places the estate inside southern France while leaving the confirmed wine story open-ended: no specific altitude, exposure or climate claim is established here. The range instead gives the place a practical expression through fresh whites, dry sparkling wines and lighter styles.
No named soil type or individual vineyard parcel is confirmed for Villa Noria. The physical fact that can be carried into the wine story is Montagnac’s position between sea and Cévennes. With no unsupported geology added, the bottles remain the guide: La Serre brings a chalky, saline finish, while the Blanc de Noirs wines show how Pinot Noir and cellar method shape texture and aroma.

Certified organic and vegan viticulture applies across Villa Noria’s vineyards, so the estate’s farming choice reaches every style in the range. In the cellar, the Pét-Nat Blanc de Noirs begins with 100% Pinot Noir picked by hand at night. Night harvesting protects freshness and limits oxidation before the grapes are gently pressed.
The Pét-Nat ferments in stainless steel without added yeasts and finishes in bottle, where its natural sparkle develops. It contains no sulfites, fining agents or other additives and carries Vin Méthode Nature certification. Les Infusions Blanc de Noirs takes another route, pressing Pinot Noir as a white wine and ageing it on full lees, which brings white-flower perfume, citrus and a subtle buttery note.

The range in view
The range includes several examples. La Serre Picpoul de Pinet 2022 is the still white, with lemon rind, flint, herbal notes, mineral character and a taut, saline finish. Its label links Picpoul with Pinet, but the confirmed material does not establish a fuller appellation or grape taxonomy.
Les Infusions Blanc de Noirs is Pinot Noir vinified as a white wine, with pale yellow colour, golden reflections, white flowers, citrus and gentle buttery tones. The Pét-Nat Blanc de Noirs is also 100% Pinot Noir, but night picking, stainless-steel fermentation and bottle finishing give it a naturally sparkling role. Noria Blanc de Noirs Brut is a dry, fruity sparkling wine marked by pear, green apple, crackers, honeydew melon, peach and grapefruit. Beyond these bottles, Villa Noria also makes low-alcohol wines and LEVIN, its non-alcoholic brand.
