The producer
Ewald Theod. Drathen is the abbreviated legal form of Ewald Theodor Drathen GmbH. The company operates wine and sparkling wine cellars and trades in wine, sparkling wine and other beverages. Ewald Drathen founded the business. Grapes are harvested mechanically, and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
In 1927 Ewald Drathen opened his own wine production business. In 1949 he became chairman of the Association of Wine Merchants and Brokers in Koblenz. Zimmermann-Graeff purchased the winery in Alf in 1992 and integrated it into its classic wine business.

The winery's historical base is Alf in the Mosel, while its registered address is Barlstr. 35, 56856 Zell (Mosel), Germany. Its vineyards are placed in the historical Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine growing region. The range in view
The named range divides between two white wines. Untouched White 2024 is a blend of Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Morio-Muscat, with 31 grams of sugar per litre. Königsmosel Riesling 2025 is made from Riesling and has 36 grams of sugar per litre.
Untouched White is youthful and sweet fruited, with pear, peach, honeydew melon, elderflower and citrus. Königsmosel is sweet and fruit led, with pear, honey, white flowers and citrus.
