Why it matters
The producer
Henri Boillot produces Burgundian wines including red Volnay and white Chardonnay-based bottlings from Côte de Beaune. Vinification takes place in the domaine’s Meursault cellars, using state-of-the-art equipment and a measured amount of new oak. The listed range spans Bourgogne Chardonnay, Puligny-Montrachet premiers crus and grand cru wines.
