The producer
More than 1,200 winegrowers work through Les Vignobles Foncalieu, managing over 5,000 hectares across southern France. The cooperative operates as the largest collective landholder in the region and makes wines from a wide set of appellations.
Les Vignobles Foncalieu was established in 1967 as a cooperative union. Its cooperative ancestry reaches back to the Vignerons Libres de Maraussan, created in 1901 as France's first wine cooperative. Current vineyard work includes drip irrigation, grass strips, biodiversity protection and organic wine production.

Where the wines begin
The range crosses several southern French geographic designations. Corbières, Saint Chinian, Minervois, Languedoc and Côtes du Rhône are appellation names, while IGP Pays d'Oc carries a broader regional designation. The place printed on the label therefore changes as the wines move from a named appellation to a wider regional category.
This breadth brings different southern French wine traditions into one cooperative range. The bottles include Pays d'Oc wines under the Puy Chéri name and Corbières wine under the Château Haut Gléon name.

The range in view
The range covers rosé, white and red wines. Puy Chéri Syrah Rosé is a Pays d'Oc rosé, while Puy Chéri Sauvignon Blanc is a white Sauvignon Blanc. Château Haut Gléon Rouge is the Corbières red.
Château Haut Gléon Rouge has a generous and intense palate. The Puy Chéri wines carry the same name across two colours, while Haut Gléon adds an estate named wine from a specific appellation.
