The producer
Marcel and Yvonne Viallet purchased the family's first estate in 1966, beginning the family's work in Savoie vineyards. Philippe Viallet joined the family business in 1984 after studying winemaking in Beaune. In 1985, he founded Maison Philippe Viallet as an independent enterprise focused on commercial trade.
The family estate is Domaine Clos Réservé in Apremont. Maison Philippe Viallet works with Savoie wines including Vin de Savoie and Roussette lines.

In the glass, Les Rocailles is nuanced, fruity and very fresh, with yellow apple, pineapple, peach, marzipan, herbs, mineral and citrus.
