Wines to know
The range in view
The still range includes Oakvale Estate Rosé 2024, made entirely from Pinot Noir, and Oakvale Chardonnay 2024, made from Chardonnay. The sparkling range includes a Brut style Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend and a Pinot Noir rosé. Both were bottled in December 2023 for secondary fermentation. In this method, the bubbles form in bottle after the base wine has been made.
