The producer

Tenute dei Ciclopi was founded from a university friendship among Giacomo, Giordano and Riccardo, with Salvo Foti as enologist. Its vineyards span Castiglione di Sicilia, Randazzo and Milo, where the estate restores historic sites, tends old own-rooted vines and maintains Sicilian alberello training with chestnut stakes.

Listed 2021 wines include Tenute dei Ciclopi Etna Bianco and Etna Rosso. The Bianco is 70% Carricante with other indigenous varieties, while the Rosso combines 80% Nerello Mascalese and 20% Nerello Cappuccio.
