The producer
Vignobles Hermouet began with the acquisition of properties in 1987. The holdings brought together a vineyard in the Fronsac appellation and land around the Meynard butte in Villegouge.
Red wine makes up the bulk of production at Château Roc Meynard. Dry white joined the range in 2012, extending a portfolio built around wines for the table and everyday enjoyment. Across the range, the house style emphasizes liveliness, freshness and clarity.

The range in view
Four Château Roc Meynard bottlings define the current selection. Bordeaux Supérieur 2020 represents the reds, while Bordeaux Clairet 2025 sits between red and rosé. The whites are Bordeaux Blanc Sec 2024 and Bordeaux Blanc Grand Cuvée 2024.
The Clairet and Bordeaux Supérieur come from 25-year-old vines. Merlot and Malbec supply the Clairet, which is juicy, fresh and lively and is served chilled. Bordeaux Supérieur is primarily Merlot, with Cabernet Sauvignon bringing structure and lift; its vines are farmed sustainably under Esther Hermouet’s stewardship.
