Why it matters
The producer
Vinarija Temet cultivates 33.77 hectares across two locations in Lozovik above Jagodina, at 250–330 metres. Founded with its first vineyard plantings in 2009, the estate works its vines by hand and uses only grapes from its own vineyards. Since 2018, it has farmed without chemical fertilizers or insecticides while deliberately keeping yields low.

The range in view
Temet’s range combines Prokupac, Morava and Tamjanika with Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Its annual wines are organised into several lines by variety, complexity and vineyard position.
