Ponikve is a wine area in Dalmatia, Croatia. Its PDO covers a wine-growing site in the cadastral municipality of Boljenovići, near Ston on the Pelješac peninsula. The wines are full and balanced, with Mediterranean conditions, brown soils and terra rossa linked to their quality. Ponikve is associated with Plavac Mali, Croatia's economically most important red grape.
