Vipavska dolina is Primorska's largest district, with bora wind funnelling through its marl hills. Its older indigenous varieties produce whites that are often delicate, fresh and aromatic. Zelèn can show pear and apple aromas with a richer structure, while Pinela is floral and fruity with pronounced acidity.
