The Aube is Champagne's southernmost wine area, with Pinot Noir at its centre. Its main growing area is the Côte des Bar, including Urville, Courteron, Buxières-sur-Arce, Polisot, Celles-sur-Ource and Les Riceys. Montgueux is also listed within Aube.
