On the Danube side of Dobrogea, Oltina makes acidic, fruity whites that can show apple, honey, nut and exotic-fruit aromas. Its rosés keep fresh forest-fruit notes. The reds are dark, phenolic and full-bodied, with grassy, currant, blueberry and forest-fruit character.
