Saumur adds sparkling wine, while Saumur and Saumur-Champigny also bring Cabernet Franc reds with freshness, red fruit and savoury grip. The area includes Saumur-Puy-Notre-Dame, Anjou, Savennières-Roche-aux-Moines and Savennières-Coulée-de-Serrant as well.
